- Full Registration: NZD$330.00
  This will include Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea on Friday and Saturday, and the Banquet Dinner on Friday evening.
- Banquet Dinner on Saturday : The cost of the banquet dinner is included in the registration. If you would like to bring a guest to the dinner, the additional cost is $210.
- Students (unwaged) : Young tertiary students in food or wine-related studies may attend for $50 per day (this fee excludes the Saturday Banquet.)
